The information in the advertisement indicates which hole pattern fits "tires up to 15". Well, that's only partially true. I bought this to have a spare for my pontoon trailer that uses 10" rims. The mount fits onto the mount and feels solid. The problem is the U-bolts. They are too long for smaller rim/tire packages. Luckily I noticed that the end of the bolt touched the tire before it was secured. This could have damaged/punctured the tyre. Good news. You can use shims to move the rim/tire outwards. But it would have been more of a 3 star job due to incomplete information and if I didn't have the pucks I would have to return them.
