Review on AUTOHAUX Automatic Transmission Filter 317281XF03 by Alan Miller

Installed this transmission filter on a 2014 Nissan Altima with a 2.5 4 cylinder engine. It was decided not to use a gasket and instead use Nissan's factory replacement gasket, which is a rubber coated metal gasket. The gasket supplied with this filter set is made from a thicker rubber/cork like material. I think this pad might have worked but didn't want to risk it being as expensive as liquid. As a result, I needed about 6-7 liters. Nonetheless. The metal filter is much cheaper (even with the included gasket) than the OEM and nothing exceptional. No installation or installation problems. Excellent purchase.
