Product great but shipping box is horrible.

Product is great. As a matter of fact this is the second one o ordered in a year for another customer install. But shipping box is little to be desired. Bent and unusable and to add to the fact that 2 day shipping is not the case these days. Extremely unhappy!

Its pretty but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. There are no words only pictures and they aren''t overly clear in some spots. I have a bunch of different bolts that I don''t know what to do with and since the instructions don''t explain I am worried it isn''t installed as well as it could be
