Product is great. As a matter of fact this is the second one o ordered in a year for another customer install. But shipping box is little to be desired. Bent and unusable and to add to the fact that 2 day shipping is not the case these days. Extremely unhappy!

OK. the end result - is gorgeous. the hard part - hanging them. I bought 2 of these for a bathroom remodel, and my contractor cursed at them the whole time he was installing them. that said, given the $$$ they are incredible, as long as you can handle the headache of figuring out how to install - no instructions included.

The spacers for the long metal bar should come shorter because when you want to do this project in a house that just have drywall you need to add a 1/2 wood piece in order for the bolts to attach to something solid. I had to cut them at least 1/2 inch to make the door flush with the wall

Other than the spacers are to deep and hold the door to far from the wall, once you mount to the rail board it is just as advertised. I used roughly 1” pvc connectors to hold rail out from the wall as opposed to the aforementioned supplied spacers.

With a plethora of choices I’m pleased we picked this one to finish off our barn door project. Not hard to install more tedious to make sure things are aligned properly.
