These black light flashlights are great to find hidden stains, be they originate from pets, kids or "whatever". All it takes is a quick tour around the house using these lights, and the hidden stains will jump right out. One of the surprise places we found was the area above the counter where we usually mix batters. Our grandkids are frequent "helpers", and the amount of "ceiling splatter" really surprised us!The lights are rugged, knurled for a firm grip and have some nice features:- beam can be focused to cover wider or narrower areas- weatherproofing for the charging port, on/off switch and battery access are good- the on/off switch is large enough to be used while wearing gloves- charging is through a conventional micro-USB port, the battery (3.7 vdc, Li-Ion) is replaceable- there is a clip for attaching to a belt or side pocket (it's too heavy for a shirt pocket)Some limitations include:- the battery lasts 2-2.5 hours of continuous operation- the battery takes over 3 hours to recharge (but has a good charging indicator - the on/off indicator turns green)- the provided charging cable is only 16 inches long (but each flashlight has its own cable)
