This item no longer works after a couple of weeks. It doesn't recharge, the beam is week. Do not recommend. That's my feedback.

These UV lights are well constructed and very powerful. With the USB-charged battery it is very convenient. I use them to observe fluorescent stones and crystals and they work great. As a side note, they also show where you need to dust or clean your walls. Not something I expected.

This is my second order of this light, Output is closer to 470nm but an excellent light.High output and adjustable zoom, will operate well even in bright environments.If you need a currency detector or ID detector this is an excellent light for the money.

The metal casing is robust and could stand getting knocked around without suffering damage. Two niggling quality issues: 1) out of the box, one of the two units wouldn't charge. I definitely like this light. It is very sturdy, and the light is zoom able. Supposedly two different wavelengths of light. I use the brighter of the two to recharge my glow in the dark items.

Have not experienced durability or battery life enough to say. I have experienced hand held UV lights for many years. Most have short range for UV lights. This one looks to be everything they claimed. So much so I ordered a second set.

I love these lights! I only kept one and gave the other away as a gift. They are a bit different than your normal blacklight. They operate lower on the light spectrum making it have less visible light. I really like that aspect of it. It makes it less purple light to get in the way of what you are really trying to look at. Nice little black light. Lasts nicely on a charge. Works great to charge glow in the dark items and the kids have had fun seeing which household items glow and pointing out all the dust around the house. I also like that it uses a commonly available charger so I don't have to keep up with one specific cord.

The box of the flashlight says there are 3 modes -- this is incorrect as it is only an on/off button. Works for what I wanted otherwise.

It doesn't stay on. I wrapped the battery with a piece of paper and it stayed on. But when u charge it you have to take the paper out. It's not easy to use like on/off no. It flashes off and on dim and bright. It's a piece of junk. And that's sad cause if it didn't have those problems it would be a awesome little light. It's just not consistent 😕 making my job much harder.
