Well made; could be made more functional

Interesting concept: a black light flashlight that allows you to select two different wavelengths of ultraviolet with a touch of the button. The longer wavelength is that of a typical UV flashlight -- 395nm -- which produces good fluorescent effects, albeit with a significant spillover of visible light. The shorter wavelength is 365nm, which also produces decent fluorescence, with considerably less visible light, although you do have to be somewhat closer to what you are trying to get to fluoresce. These have been fun, but for me this flash would have been more useful if the two wavelengths switched between UVA, and UVC (280 nm), which would give the flash germicidal capabilities. Oh well, can;t have everything, I guess. As it stands, this flashlight is really more of a toy. although a well-built toy, to be sure. And for the price, a reasonable deal.
