Not sure at first but easy to install. I came with the necessary equipment. Cardboard guide made installation easier. The TV doesn't have a hinge latch to hold it to the wall, but it does have a one-finger quick-release screw so you can place the TV on a bed or store it to move. So the hinge is rigid once in position with a slight TV, I doubt it will move. I was able to rotate my 32 inch monitor almost a full 90 degrees either way from the wall so I could see it from the hallway. It also has a small cable guide that keeps the cables in place. I simply put the TV away and laid it on my bed while driving.
