Great software and great support staff with excellent communication

I like that it has all of our current clients in one place so we can easily keep track! It is very well organized for an accountant's office to use effectively!! The customer service could be better- they should have more people available during business hours or at least make them work from home sometimes when there are problems/issues going around their offices (I've had many issues over time). If you're looking into this system because your other systems aren't working properly--it may not solve everything but will definitely help find any errors before sending out invoices etc.- just do some research first.  We were having trouble keeping up wtih paperwork sent by customers who didn’tspend enough money; now my boss doesn't even need paper copies anymore since he keeps his own records online via csisi2000.

Pros

Customer support was great as faras getting us setup with software helped alot, especially if u don´ t know much about computers!!! :))
Allows easy access through different tabs such s payments receivable tab which helps me get things done quickly once i log onto client account info page)
