I spent over $400 on a press that lasted about 3 months. The heat press worked great for the first few months. It said I used the pressing part 111 times, but after about 3 months it stopped heating properly. The heat fluctuated and it didn't warm up to the advertised temperature. This caused a lot of problems with my orders. THE WORST thing is I tried to contact the company to see if I was missing something and if it could be fixed. They haven't answered their emails and their support phone number has been disconnected. I returned it and hope this new one (not that brand) works and lasts much longer.
