Review on 🔗 Continental 4040377 OE Technology Series 4-Rib Multi-V Belt, 37.7 inches by Tyler Vaughn

Gatorback belts are typically the highest quality on the market. One simple thing ensures they never squeak - they have no other material with a part number written on them. Most other belt manufacturers use a "less grippy" material than rubber for the part number label, and it will often beep when that part of the belt passes over the pulley. Used this on my Silverado 4.8L with a 2005 140A alternator. Replaced both belts, both tensioners and idler pulley in about 1/2 hour. Only two tools were needed: a 15mm socket wrench and a 3/8" ratchet. After 94,000 miles (and 8 years) of using the original factory belts and pulleys, the A/C belt was badly broken and all the pulleys were making an uneven sound.
