Don't tilt the pan!

I really like the size of this pan. Holds lots of bacon. However, I would like the well to be deeper. When we first used the pan, the pan tipped over and the hot bacon grease spilled onto my husband's hand, severely burning him. Luckily the wounds healed and we learned how to drain the bacon grease into a small saucepan before moving the pan. The surface is non-stick, but as with any cookware, the quicker you clean it, the easier it is to clean.
