My 89 YJ had a different steel bar mount

I have an 89 YJ. The 89 has a different clip that attaches to the original grips than the new grips I bought. I had to cut about 1/2 inch off the inner steel rods to get them to fit properly. No big deal, it took 5 minutes. Steel rods were provided for the locking mechanism and door handle. After cutting the two steel rods, the grips fit perfectly and work great.
