My research also made me realize that MassChallenge are obsessed with helping and lending a helping hand to startups in different industry and sectors that they find to be very promising and this isn't limited to a region or country but across the world.
I discovered that their claim of being the most friendliest startup accelerator was due to the fact that their services and lending of hands to startups are not for profit neither is it to amass equity. This discovery actually amazed me given the fact that their services are not for profits, they can be seen as a charity for startup ventures around the world.

Another added feature that MassChallenge offers StartUps are cash prizes worth several milIions of dollars which will undoubtedly financially help a startup develop.

They also run Startup challenge programs in countries like Australia, Columbia, Korea, France, Morocco and other places so as to propel and push the creation of quality jobs around the world.
They also run other Startup challenge program one of which is aimed at also accelerating the impact of digital health innovations and improve the health of patients through technology.
In conclusion, the claim that MassChallenge is the most friendliest startup accelerator, well I really can't prove that but they're friendly and they ensure that their services aren't limited to a sector or a country but that it cuts across all sectors and different countries. So in my opinion, there's no service more friendlier than that.
