My Dell Precision Laptop comes with a very good internal DVD drive; however, it does not read CDs. I have stored years of photos on a CD. After a driver crash, the Roofull DVD/CD ROM +/-RW Optical Drive Reader really does more than what I need. As far as hiccups go, Roofull support was there to support me and the support has been beyond great. When I wrote to them at the same time, I almost immediately received a reply message stating that due to the time zone difference, they would reply in the near future. Every morning I woke up and received an answer. That's what the customer expects and Roofull has delivered!
