Poorly drilled holes
Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the part but one of the three holes was drilled off center causing the screws to not line up. I spent an hour shooting it but to no avail. Finally I took a drill and drilled the hole just enough for it to work. The product works fine now, but installing and revising was a pain.
