I have been using this program for over three years now and it's very easy to use, and I think that the customer service is great as well. It can sometimes be a little glitchy, but with some quick troubleshooting it usually works out. There are many different options you can choose from when it comes to making appointments. If your looking for an all in one solution then this might be what you're looking for. As of right now, there is no other program I've come across that is as good as this. I highly recommend Medical Office One to any office. This really helps me keep track of my appointments and to schedule them ahead of time. Also helps me make sure I don't forget them if I am running a few minutes late or something like that. I like that the computer is simple to use. It has all of my information in one place which makes it easy to keep up with appointments and billing. I don't like that I have to go back and forth between two different computers to get everything done. I would recommend this software to anyone who needs an all-in-one solution for their practice. It's very user friendly and saves me time because it's all in one place.
