I have been using this program for over three years now and it's very easy to use, and I think that the customer service is great as well. It can sometimes be a little glitchy, but with some quick troubleshooting it usually works out. There are many different options you can choose from when it comes to making appointments. I love that you can customize it to your needs. It is very user friendly. You get everything in one place. There are not many features that are not available in this program. This program has everything you need to run your practice efficiently. I believe that everyone should have access to this type of software.
