I love that you can customize it to your needs. It is very user friendly. You get everything in one place. There are not many features that are not available in this program. This program has everything you need to run your practice efficiently. I believe that everyone should have access to this type of software. I do not like that there is no way to transfer patients from another provider. The program does not allow me to transfer patients from other providers. If you want to run an efficient practice, then this is the right tool for you. I am able to schedule appointments in one place, send out reminders, and upload patient files all at once.
