I bought three cabinets and all three broke. First, the lock/unlock wheel got tangled up because it could be flipped. Materials are weak plastic. The keyboard failed early so we had to use the keys all the time. Then he locked himself in the middle of the night. I had to destroy it to open it. I replaced it with a new one, but it didn't allow programming codes, right out of the box. Barska is sending a new locking mechanism that I need to replace. I have just started to unlock the third one, despite new batteries. Again, you have to rely on the keys to lock/unlock them manually. Very disappointed with this product. Customer service was not satisfactory either.
