Excellent software for medical practice management and EMR
The ease of use, customization options as well has customer support for any questions or issues that we may have during our implementation process! I like how easy it was when setting up new patients in my practice with their information being automatically imported from Xero into EMRDatacenter so there were no errors/issues while doing this at all!! Also love having integrated appointment scheduling which makes life easier than ever before. There really isn't anything bad about using EmrDatcentre - everything works great & very user friendly. !
Pros
- Easy to navigate through program; Very helpful staff who are always available if you need assistance along your way ; Great service provided by team members :)
Cons
- Nothing much just wish they had an option where patient's could be able view appointments online (not only via phone call)
