I like that it's fully customizable in terms of both how you can use your prospecting insights to better target prospects who are likely more interested in what you sell or have experience with similar services/products than those who aren't.
It also has some great integrations which help us save time when using other tools (Salesforce.com, Hubspot). Not much - they're working hard at building out new features so I look forward to seeing their progress! We've been able to build our pipeline by leveraging this tool in order to understand where we stand against competitors within each stage of the buying cycle.
