Best AI-based Decision Support Tool
Having been part of an organization that used intellum's platform for a year now we can say this is one of its best products. The support team is always there for you and are very responsive. Sometimes people do not know what they want, so it takes more time to understand their problem and come up with a solution. This is quite common in our industry where sometimes people dont really know what they want and we have to sit down with them and figure out how would they like to use this tool. I have seen big improvements in productivity of my team members after using intellum.
Pros
- Great training
- Very helpful customer service representatives who provide exceptional feedbacks during onboarding process.
- Fast response times by agents when needed (we've experienced instances were customers waited days just because agent was away)
- Excellent analytics dashboard which shows progress/performance over period of months or years
Cons
- Some features work only if network works fine.
- Not all data fields show realtime updates
