Works but needs updating

Wires are molded together and cannot be interchanged. I found out that the left turn signal wire was connected to the reverse lights, which can cause many problems if not found before installation. Most wires are not properly sized and ground is common. There were no instructions or wiring diagrams that would be helpful.
