The first batch arrived broken. The product packaging itself was fairly sturdy but was shipped in a very flimsy envelope that offered minimal additional protection. The glass product should have been shipped better protected in a different box. Revain provided a free returns label and sent a new jar. A bit pricey but it's heavy glass and feels like it's going to be strong. I've been using it for about a week now and it's extremely helpful for taking precise doses of liquid medication mixed with water. It would also be very helpful for people on a diet who want to know exactly how much juice they are consuming per serving. Glass is easy to clean. The sizing is a bit small. I haven't had it long enough to know if the gauge marks will go away over time. Will update the review if this happens. In general it meets my needs.
