Grilled meat is considered the most correct. Uniform frying at the same temperature, the absence of additional oil, a beautiful grate mark make the meat appetizing and attractive. This is what I was guided by when I decided to cook on the grill, and not in the oven. I rebuilt pretty quickly, learned to cook on the grill and began to get real pleasure from cooked food. The ceramic bowl looks reliable, although I read somewhere that it can burst from high temperatures with this brand of grills, and the vaunted petals, which were presented as an advantage, are actually a clever move by manufacturers from China so that their grills can be easily repaired. I'm happy with my purchase, I've been using it for a few months now. The only negative for me is the price.
