Excellent flashlights. I have two and I bought one for a friend. I consider them excellent energy saving and compact lamps. They attach securely to the terrarium's mesh lids, allowing you to lift the lid without moving the lamp. Because of their compact size, they can also be placed in many fences. This also makes them more versatile when creating sun/hot spots or lighting effects than their larger counterparts. Fifty-watt light bulbs are good for dessert animals and large closets. 25W lamps are more suitable for small aquariums or tropical animals. Because they're such small bulbs, they generate a lot of heat and are incredibly durable and long-lasting. Lamps are available in red, white or daylight blue. I hope that one day there will be a dark/moon/purple lightbulb for the denizens of darkness.
