Review on MedServices STAT EHR by Tyler Kota
Not always intuitive and frustrating sometimes
I like that it is easy to access patient information as well has scheduling appointments/check-ins with my doctor quickly! The fact that there are many different modules in this program makes navigating through them difficult at times but overall we have been able to figure out how things work fairly easily if you know what questions need answering or where your looking before asking someone else! Sometimes when i am searching within medservices stat ehr all of their search features do not appear so having more specific keywords can help narrow down results faster than clicking around randomly until something comes up!
Pros
- Easy for me
- It seems pretty user friendly even though some users may say otherwise
- I found no glaring issues.
- easier control over keeping track about patients' progress (and followup notes)
- Helps improve communication between colleagues who might never actually meet together face2face due circumstances involving certain individuals working shifts / schedules
