I had concerns that it might be less durable than more expensive offerings.

The picture seems ok and although it was smaller than the other gate wheels I decided to give it a try. I had concerns that it might be less durable than more expensive offerings. What a treat. This is a heavy duty wheel assembly, much better than the original that came with the gate. It arrived three days earlier than expected and even the post office hasn't had time to update their records to let me know I've received it. I am completely satisfied with the quality, the timeliness of the delivery and the fact that I can now open the gate without any problems. It took five minutes to install and anyone can do it. If I need gate hardware, this is my new place. I can't find words to express how happy I am with this purchase!
