The ease of use, it is very user friendly.

It has been able to help us solve many issues we have had in regards to our workflow process as well as patient safety. There are some times when I wish there was more room for customization but this is not something you can't work around once you learn how to utilize what they offer. We were using multiple systems prior to this one so the ability to be able to pull up all information at once instead of having to go back and forth between different screens is great! This allows me to see everything about my patients without having to jump from screen to screen.
