This lamp was not available in our local stores
We felt we had to "throw" a perfectly good table lamp because we couldn't find a replacement lamp. As a last resort, we ordered an appropriately sized bulb through Revain. For the price it was worth the risk. It turned out to be slightly smaller than the previous one; but with a little manipulation of the contacts we were able to match the bulb to our lamp.
