Good for heating water for a cup of tea
I bought this as an alternative to the electric pot I use to heat water. It works well. The white part of the image is a plastic border that looks a bit weird but works really well. This will prevent you from touching the glass part that gets hot as the water heats up. The kettle will whistle, but I don't mind. Now that I know how much water to pour and how long to heat it, I can quickly and easily brew a cup of coffee and the microwave will turn off long before the water boils. If it broke I would probably buy it again.
