I used this monitor once when I first got it and it worked but kept turning off. Part of the reason was that the included HDMI cables were so stiff that they kept coming loose. The second time I used this I got nothing from my computer to show on the screen. The HDMI port appears to be defective, so the only way to get it to work is to wiggle the HDMI cable until it turns on, then hold the cable in place without moving . Since it prevents me from doing anything on the computer, it's useless. Update on this: Dragon Touch support contacted me and suggested trying a different HDMI cable. I did that and now the monitor works. So I had to buy a new HDMI cable for this, but it works now.
