Review on osTicket by Andrew Agarwal

Its great to be able to use our own code if we need to make changes in order to customise it. Having to do this for every change you want to make as opposed to just the one big update is not ideal but its all part of progress. I would like to see better logging/monitoring that is more flexible than what is currently available. We have been using OsTicket since the beginning so we are used to it but there are some things about it that could be improved. The admin interface does not have any drag and drop functionality which can sometimes be useful when trying to move items around. This was something that we had hoped would have been added at some point during the development of the product but as far as I know has never been addressed. We are solving problems with ticket tracking and management. Our customers love.
