The best thing about this platform is its ability to help us connect with customers in an easy way without any technical knowledge required by them. It allows me as a manager of my team to handle all incoming calls from our clients through it. I can also send bulk messages at once via WhatsApp or other messaging apps which helps me save time too. Sometimes when someone call you are not able to hear their voice properly because there could be some background noise so sometimes we have problem identifying who they really are but after using this tool everything works fine for sure.
