The screen gets too hot to use!
VERY UNHAPPY! It was advertised that the screen would not overheat to the point where the animal could burn itself. This is incorrect information. I ordered a large one which the seller said doesn't get hot on the outside and I received the item today, I plugged it in and the outside screen got VERY HOT. This is inappropriate. I spent almost $50 on it. I will try to get my money back. Do not buy this if you are going to use it where animals might come into contact with it as they will burn themselves!
