I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by the actual quality of the mesh. Ordering online (quoting Forrest Gump) is like a box of chocolates: you never know what you're going to get. I was really expecting a cheap product that would come in handy a few times, what I got was exactly the opposite. Now I can't say how long the nylon hooks will last, but the kit comes with metal carabiners that can replace the nylon hooks. The mesh is thick and strong and really knotted. I would buy this particular product again although I'm sure it will last for many years to come. I would also recommend this item. I've used it to haul cut bushes in an '01 Dodge Dakota, it might be a bit big for that truck without a bunch of anything to haul around the net. I'm also working great on my 19 Ram 1500.
