The ease of creating new pages, updating content, managing multiple patients on one page, the ability to track activity/visits/billings, etc. It can be very time consuming to figure out what to do when you are unsure how to proceed. We use it primarily as an easy access point for our patients to get connected to medical services and follow up appointments. This has helped us tremendously with keeping a clear record of all appointments scheduled with patients. I like that it allows you with ease access of information about your clients while they are still receiving treatment from homebound services! There isn't much else i can say besides i am so glad this came along when we needed such an amazing service at our facility!! It has helped us tremendously. Nothing really other than just getting more people connected to help take them off my shoulders!!
