Great product and very helpful Customer Service

I like that you can set up profiles so employees don't need access credentials every time they log onto your system; it makes workflows much easier when there are multiple people working with one profile! It would be nice if we could customize some fields (like an employee number) but other than this everything has been great!! We have had no issues using clearcare as our main point solution provider software/systems - just about any question / issue arises quickly via phone call from either…

Excellent program - Helps me connect many types pf care into 1 simple platform

The ease of creating new pages, updating content, managing multiple patients on one page, the ability to track activity/visits/billings, etc. It can be very time consuming to figure out what to do when you are unsure how to proceed. We use it primarily as an easy access point for our patients to get connected to medical services and follow up appointments. This has helped us tremendously with keeping a clear record of all appointments scheduled with patients. I like that it allows you with ease

Great cloud based software for schools - especially homeschooling!

I love how easy it was to set up my account with this software! It made everything very simple from start to finish when setting things up as well as creating new accounts/subscriptions. The customer service that we received throughout our entire process has been great so far too!! We have not had any issues at all thus far but if there are problems they will be addressed quickly by clearcare support staff who seem eager to help us out whenever needed. Great product overall - just make sure you

  • Can easily create subaccounts, add members & bills them monthly without much effort or knowledge required.
  • Ability To see upcoming bill dates in advance which is helpful since most clients pay their first month's payment prior to receiving an invoice via email.
