Review on ClearCare by Bill Russett

I like that you can set up profiles so employees don't need access credentials every time they log onto your system; it makes workflows much easier when there are multiple people working with one profile! It would be nice if we could customize some fields (like an employee number) but other than this everything has been great!! We have had no issues using clearcare as our main point solution provider software/systems - just about any question / issue arises quickly via phone call from either support staff at CCRG OR by emailing them directly through chat feature within website interface.
