Review on 🧰 Continental Accu-Drive Tensioner Assembly - Model 49349 by Jeremy Romero

Let me start by saying that installing this product was easy and straightforward. Almost immediately after installing I noticed a small chirp from this build but didn't pay much attention to it. My mechanic said it was normal because everything was set and after some movement it would stabilize as everything was done with the correct tension. Fast forward to today, the noise got worse! My mechanic has already disassembled it and degreased/cleaned all the parts, but the noise still came back very persistently. After honing with a stethoscope to pinpoint the source of the noise, we determined that part was the culprit. After searching for information on this product it was not possible to contact anyone about the warranty. I don't even know if this product has a guarantee! Buyer Warning. I really thought it was a quality item based on the description. I really hope I can solve this problem! seller if you are there please let me know if i can solve this problem!
