I like that it creates an easy way to keep track of all my contacts, as well has having access from anywhere via mobile devices or web browser! There are some minor bugs with emailing customers but this can't be helped at times so you just have take what comes along for your ride sometimes :). It really helps me organize everything in one place instead using multiple spreadsheets which was very time consuming before now! Also being able use any device makes life easier when working away form home office etcetera :) Great software overall if looking into keeping contact information organized would look no further than CrmDesk!! Keeping up-to date records about clients/customers who visit our website / call centers ect.. This help us easily find out info we need quickly without searching through many different emails & files scattered across various folders throughout other programs suchs MS Excel (which takes ages)!! Thanks again crmdesks team ;) You guys rock.
