I love this idea and it has helped make the eggs lighter and plumper for my English muffins. You need to make sure your pan is basically flat or something will leak. I'm fine with a tiny leak that's easy to fix because my pans are old. For flipping I found it's easiest to use a hand lid or you'll burn your hand because it's all metal and then I use a flat spatula to hold it inside to flip. If you want less browning, cook slower, but I love to eat and be on the go. I put it on the top rack and washed it lightly with my hands. Love it! This is a must if you want a beautifully shaped sandwich egg!
