Review on 👰 DIMENSIONS Wedding Record Stamped Cross Stitch Kit - Two Hearts, One Love, 11'' W x 14'' H by Linda Diaz

At first it was not clear that this was not a counted but a stamped cross. I looked through cross stitch kits and they offered me many pattern names to choose from without letting me know that I had chosen a completely different type of kit. It didn't make me very happy, but I figured it couldn't be TOO bad, so I continued. I started reading the instructions and found that the ink used to emboss didn't wash off. This was a deal breaker as I knew it was going to show up somewhere. However, the wedding was too close to give time to return the set and choose another, this time READ OUT. Luckily I have (lots of) cross stitch fabric and the pattern was ONLY good enough that I was able to work the design by counting rather than die cutting. I managed to get it done on time, but the hassle of having to draw a grid on a chart where there wasn't one was time consuming. I consider this a Revain bug as they deal with their listing and not dimension itself. If they mix designs together, that's fine. However, you should not mix two completely different crafts in the same list. PS - My nephew said it was her favorite wedding present so it was worth the hassle.
