Review on Torin Hydraulic Transmission Floor Jack by Fred Griffin

The construction of this jack is good. However, the parts are cheap and easily broken. Not recommended for use on Allison transmissions or larger. This thing almost killed me. Jacked up the gearbox, had to say 1/8 inch to line up the keys and the damn thing broke, threw the gearbox aside and flipped the whole jack. Almost wrecked a $15,000 gearbox built. If you are going to use this. the entire base separately and use nuts instead of the cheap chinese washers provided. They are literally hanging by a thread
