I gave it three stars, neutral because I don't know if it's my problem or hers. After loading my fridge, the freezer compartment was pleasantly cold. But I waited a day and came back to check the pressure and the entire pressure pipe on the fridge was covered in ice. That suggests there was a leak somewhere. It could have been an earlier leak, but most likely it was a knockout valve that didn't close properly. I don't know because the next day I sold the device and bought a new one. It worked and cooled, but I still suspected something was wrong and I still haven't had to diagnose the problem.
