Good quality, but short (1/4 inch) mounting screw.
The screw which holds the stud to your item is 1/4 inch long. In my case that was just barely long enough to go through the material I was mounting to. The material you hope to mount the stud to must be LESS than one quarter of an inch thick or these will not work for you without locating longer screws with an identical shaft size and thread count.
