This thing is quiet. Easy to install and program. Took me about an hour with a 5 year old and a 2 year old playing in the garage while I installed it myself. If you're installing yourself, make sure the ladder is about 6 feet tall to be your "second person." The installation went smoothly. As far as programming goes, it wasn't difficult. Much easier than the cheap old operators that required you to adjust the travel pods up and down with a screwdriver. We have bedrooms over the garage and you can't tell the door opens and closes like our latest genius screwdriver. I just hope this lasts a long time.
