Review on Accusize Industrial Tools Roughing End Mill, Model 1102 0012 by Ralph Gerry

I was so used to carbide tools that I didn't realize this cutter was not carbide until I looked at my previous orders. I've used it in steel, aluminum and some plastics. Everything seems to cut like butter and I had no problem leaving anything stuck in the flutes. Leaves a fairly smooth surface. The grooves on one flute don't line up with the same groove on the next flute, so you end up with a smoother finish than you might expect. Will definitely be buying more - they cost less than half the price of a good quality carbide bur of the same size. Notice I said good quality. I've bought solid carbide end mills here at Revain which have been pretty awful.
