Review on CRAFTSMAN Center Punch Set: Efficient and Reliable 3-Piece Tool CMHT82541 by Charles Lewellen

Of course I knew this before buying, but just want to make sure others understand what they are buying. The center punch has a sharp point (generally at a 60 degree angle to allow a hammer hit for the drill to dip in so it's not surprised when it starts drilling, that's great, but these are nail sets to get the end nail up to or just to drive under the surface of the wood they can be covered with putty or just held under the surface so nothing can get stuck to it.love the shape/design,very easy to work with.can't complain about wear and tear or long term Hardness and durability speak as I have I only recently bought these but I hope they will last a lifetime Unfortunately Craftsman is not the brand our fathers grew up with so I am a little reluctant to give them my endorsement anytime soon So far they have performed as one would expect and I will continue to use them as my main device until I have reason to believe they are not as expected and work.
